 VERSZA.COM Ecommerce Terms & Conditions

These Ecommerce Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases, payments, delivery, returns, and related services provided through VERSZA.COM (the "Site"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.


1. Parties and Acceptance

- The Site is operated by VERSZA ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you offer to purchase the products listed in your order and agree these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.


2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract.


3. Product Information & Availability

- Product descriptions, images, measurements, colors, and sizing are provided for convenience; slight variations may occur. Availability is subject to change; we may cancel or limit orders for any reason, including stock or pricing errors.


4. Prices, Taxes & Fees

- Prices displayed on the Site are in the currency indicated at checkout and do not always include taxes, duties, or shipping fees. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and added to the order total.

- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and notify you.


5. Payment

- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the stated amount.

- Your card issuer or payment provider may perform additional verification; we are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.


6. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

- After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise notify you that the order has been accepted and dispatched.


7. Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

- Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated.


8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy posted on the Site. Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.


9. Cancelations

- Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting Customer Support. Once an order is shipped, standard return procedures apply.


10. Promotions & Gift Cards

- Promotional codes, discounts, and gift cards are subject to specific terms and may have expiration dates, usage limits, or exclusions. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke promotions in case of error or abuse.


11. Warranties & Disclaimers

- Products are provided "as is" except where a specific manufacturer’s warranty applies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


12. Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERSZA’s liability for direct damages arising from any order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.


13. Intellectual Property

- All Site content (text, images, logos, product designs, code) is owned or licensed by VERSZA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content without our written permission.


14. User Accounts & Security

- You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


15. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably suspect involve fraud, misuse of promotions, stolen payment methods, or violations of applicable law.


16. International Orders & Customs

- If you order from outside the country of sale, you are responsible for duties, taxes, import fees, and customs clearance delays. Delivery times and costs may vary.


17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VERSZA is registered (or specify jurisdiction, e.g., State of California, USA). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.


18. Force Majeure

- We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier failures, government actions).


19. Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Return and Refund

 VERSZA.COM Returns & Refund Policy

 Overview

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from VERSZA.COM. If you are not fully satisfied, this Returns & Refund Policy explains how to return items, request exchanges, and obtain refunds.


 Eligibility

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.  

- Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and any included accessories.  

- Final-sale, clearance, and personalized/custom items are not returnable unless defective — such exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.


Defective or Incorrect Items

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Provide photos and order details to expedite processing.

 How to Start a Return

1. Sign in to your VERSZA.COM account and go to Order History, or use the Returns page.  

2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason, and request a return authorization (RMA).  

3. Pack the item securely with the RMA or order number visible inside the package.  

4. Ship using the carrier and label instructions provided when your return is approved.


Return Shipping & Fees

- Standard returns within the contiguous U.S.: free returns (or specify your store policy — e.g., free returns for orders over $50).  

- International returns: customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or we arranged otherwise.  

- If a return is a result of buyer’s remorse/change of mind, original shipping fees are non-refundable.  

- If a return is approved but the item is used or missing parts, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.


 Refund Processing

- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.  

- Bank or card issuer processing times may vary; allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear.  

- If a replacement is requested and available, we will ship it once the return is approved (or ship immediately and request the original item back, per our policy).


 Exchanges

- Exchanges for a different size or color follow the same return process. If available, we may ship the replacement once the original return is received and inspected. Expedited exchanges may be available for an additional fee.


 Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled before shipment via your account or by contacting Customer Support. Once shipped, standard return process applies.


 Proof of Purchase

- Returns require a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email. Gift returns may require a gift order number.


 Lost or Stolen Packages

- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact Customer Support immediately. We will investigate with the carrier; resolution may require a claim.
